Humans in Resonance are people or organizations looking for a local space to platform their community-oriented ideas. We believe in supporting initiatives that can foster a supportive local ecosystem, creating a nexus where people from all backgrounds can genuinely connect.
HiR Projects we’ve hosted:
mi Centro BK supports all kinds of projects from weekly classes, to monthly series, to one time events! We support events in arts, culture, education, and public health.
Past events have included a popular community storytelling hour, a not-so-still life drawing class, a Doula-led educational session and so much more. So what does it look like to get involved with the community through mi Centro BK?

Carolina proposed a Spanish immersion music class for young children and needed support to develop it. We provided space, helped brand and market the classes, and grew her social media presence. Her class is now one of our most popular events!
Pop up Events!Portrait Studio
Clarence is a professional photographer. Beyond giving him the space to do his practice, we brainstormed with him and organized a portrait pop-up studio, as well as developed an accessible tiered price list with add on options. The event was completely sold-out.
